Sub Groups for Special Interests

CCREIA's subgroups meet at different times of the month and focus on specific areas of investing.

  New Investor Subgroup

Specifically for new or new-to-the-area investors, the New Investor Subgroup helps you learn more about real estate investing in general or to learn more about investing in our market.

We started the New Investors Group a while back so people could talk to others who are "in the trenches" in THIS market.  We call it the "new investor" meeting but often, many who attend are investors who have done several deals.  Some people are seasoned veterans, while others are just getting started.  It's a great way to network, teach others, and learn about market conditions, creative deals, and have dinner with new friends.

This group also introduces investors with money and no deals to those with deals and no money.  So if you've been asking, "How can I find deals and make this real estate thing happen? I have money to buy something but I can't find any deals" or"I'm finding all these deals but I don't have any money!"  then this is the meeting for you. It's all about networking, sharing ideas and resources and making the most of the great opportunities in today's market!

The New Investor Subgroup meets monthly on the Monday following our General Membership Meeting. For the next meeting date and location, be sure check the
Event Calendar.

Join us for casual (and often very lively!) conversations about everything from landlording to wholesaling to foreclosures!

  Rehabbers Subgroup

For new and experienced "flippers" or anyone interested in renovating a property, this group focuses on the ins and outs of buying, renovating and re-selling houses.

The group meets intermittently when a member has a rehab in process. You'll experience hands-on, real-world analysis and discussion. Be sure to check the
Event Calendar for the next meeting date and location.
