Sub Groups for Special Interests
In addition to our monthly general membership meetings, members can attend our subgroups that target specific areas of investing. We currently have several active groups. If you are interested in leading a new group, contact us! We're alway interested in adding even more activities for our members.
New Investor Subgroup
Specifically for new or new-to-the-area investors, CCREIA offers the New Investor Subgroup to help you learn more about real estate investing in general or to learn more about investing in our market.
The New Investor Subgroup meets monthly on the Monday following our General Membership Meeting. For the next meeting date, be sure check the Event Calendar.
Meetings are held from 6:30 until 8 pm (and sometimes later!) at McAllister's Deli located at 740 South College Road in Wilmington. Dinner is on your own.
Join us for casual (and often very lively!) conversations about everything from landlording to wholesaling to foreclosures!
Rehabbers Subgroup
For new and experienced "flippers", this group focuses on the ins and outs of buying, renovating and re-selling houses.
The group meets the 3rd Monday of every month or when possible, the group will meet at a "flip" house for hands-on, real-world analysis and discussion. Be sure to check the Event Calendar for the next meeting date and location.
